It should have a section something like the below: [16F676] ARCH=PIC14 ROMSIZE=3FF BANKS=2 RAMBANK=20,7F COMMON=20,7F ZEROREG=9 #PRINTF=ILF What happens if you change it to: ROMSIZE=3FE ?
