If you don't like it: ANSWER BEFORE THEY DO. And if the newbies need to grow some skin, the mild grumping they get here will help them in the real world. Having said all that, the quality of mercy is not strained. If one person on the list says something that you think is rude, how about responding with "Hey, don't pay any attention to him, he just tends to be grumpy" Or is it better to issue orders to other list members on the list to "contribute to this site by helping others in a polite way or you keep your mouth shut."? People who feel they can order their EQUALs on the list around, should learn to contact the admins with their concerns or they will be removed from the list themselves. --- James Newton: PICList.com webmaster, former Admin #3 mailto:jamesnewton@piclist.com 1-619-652-0593 phone http://www.piclist.com/member/JMN-EFP-786 PIC/PICList FAQ: http://www.piclist.com -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
