If you want a few: I sell them at http://www.voti.nl/shop/products.html. If you want a lot you'd better contact your regular supplier. My Wisp628 does program these chips (of course the protocol is slightly diffrenet rom previous chips - you can trust uChip to do so), but I occasionaly have problems when /MCLR is configured as Input pin. BTW one drawback compared to a 628: no UART. And note that the default internal frequency is 32 kHz, but the program itself (!) can switch it (up to 8 MHz!).
