Russell, if you care at all about the PIClist, then please,
please, PLEASE stop posting political material here.  There are
places to discuss these matters, and the PIClist is **NOT** one
of them.

And instead of continually trying to see just how close to that
"edge" you can get, how about setting yourself the goal of
staying well **AWAY** from it, for a change?  Do that, and you'll
be doing the list a huge service.

I hate to point out the obvious, but anyone who can legitimately
claim to be at all "interested" learned of this legislation when
it was in the news several weeks ago.  This is **OLD** stuff,
Russell.  And yes, my congresscritter already knows what I think
about it.

Again: PLEASE stop doing this.  I've no quarrel with the little
technical tidbits you post, but political stuff is inappropriate.
