I think if you could make a WOMD* Detector you could sell quite a few at
a pretty good price.  Then you spend a year designing a WOMDD Jammer,
and rake in the dough.  If you still aren't rich by then (or dead, or in
some lush gov't job) then you'd absolutely make a killing with the
WOMDDJ Disarmer.  Further developments along these lines are left as an
excersize for the reader.
