For an Industrial Controller application, is the ground plane of the PCB =
connected to the safety earth /chassis ground connection. I've seen =
equipment like PLCs which always have a terminal to connect to Chassis =
Ground. The Circuit common ground (0V) seems to be connected to this =
terminal. Am I right ?
