There's actually a nice 16500C on ebay right now

Personally I have an A, but if I could afford a B or a C, I would jump at
the chance (some B models and all C models have a hard drive to boot from,
plus they have faster capture rates capable, and a higher speed scope card.

The biggest problem is getting a manual - some come with a manual, many
don't - it took me about 5 months of waiting to find a manual on ebay for
the logic analyzer portion - so if at all possible, get one with all
manuals.
