Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent work
experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Ability to read and interpret electric and electronic circuits and
diagrams, engineering drawing and specifications and quality control
techniques and methods
4. Maintains regular communication with overseas offices and factories

P.S.  Most of you guys are totally overqualified for this position.
However, there is possibly someone on the list who may be interested. Much
of the work will be testing some rather complex "smart" appliances.   No
development work is involved, no programming or laying out PCB's or
soldering or or any of that fun stuff.  Communications will be with
Chinese suppliers, if your English is bad but your Mandarin or Cantonese
is good, then you'll float to the top of the pack.   I can't answer too
