Yes, I think you are right there. After all, why are there resharpened bit on the market at all ? Well, *someone* finds them adequate, of course :-) Well, I'm a bit less optimistic about this then when I started thinking about it. Well, well, we'll know in a few days. Of course, I was hoping to make me a fortune :-) B.t.w, when they was producing PCB's at full speed, I remember seeing *barrels* filled with "used" bits. Must have been 100's of 1000's of them. I wonder what happend the them... And I'v seen the large Excellon drilling machines running at full speed. It was more of "punching" holes then drilling. I think they drilled over 5 holes per second through 3-4 stacked PCB's. Impressive... Jan-Erik.
