You can do a lot with the MS Poledit98 but this is very dangerous ground. I did this a few years back following a tutorial written by a school teacher who had to protect his school's computers from the student's efforts to make their computers do "more interesting tricks". I can't find the original tutorial I used but did find a good one here: http://www.zisman.ca/poledit/ Another one is http://www.faughnan.com/policies.html This process is a lot of work and is risky so I eliminated it from my computer when I reinstalled Windows.
