A "problem" is that the resharpened (or even just "used") bits are quite
adequate for hobbyist use.  They're just not up to the vert high speed
drilling that the big machines do.  IMO, to buy new carbide bits at auction,
you either need to have such a big machine, or get a price that is
competitive with the resharpened bits on ebay...
