We are looking for someone with experience putting an Intel XScale
processor on a board and surrounding it with all the stuff it needs to be
happy?  XScale is Intel's name for their latest implementation of a
processor with an ARM core.  It's a "real" processor with 32 bit data
paths but optimized for MIPS/Watt.
