The cheapest is the SX20AC/SS (0.65 mm SSOP), US$3.58 each from
Parallax (small quantity discount). The DIP version is more.

AFAIK all of the SXs run at 50/75 MIPS. For peripherals you
basically have a choice between the 18/20/28 features and
48/52 features.
