Hi, I have quite an old version of the CCS C compiler (2 years old?) and am trying to configure for use in MPLAB 6.1 (which I have not used before). I have: 1. Installed the CCS plug in for 6.1 2. Set up a project. Set up the micro. Set up for no programming tools etc. Added files. Even told it where the header files are. 3. Set up the paths for the include/temp/output.... 4. Attempted to build. Been told that CCS is not installed so I reinstalled it as per the instruction. 5. Re-attempted 4 with no luck.... 6. Messed around to try to get things going without luck. So, my question is...do I have to sacrifice some sentient being to the Gods of MPLAB to get this going or have I missed out something obvious? Also, my OS is Win2K and I can run CCS OK on its own/with MPLAB 5.7. Regards, Dan -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
