Its a scam.  Totally a scam to get YOU to think you are logging into Ebay's
system and then simply 'update' your CC info, yet it really is going into
someone else's to get CC numbers, checking accounts, etc.

I've seen the same thing happen to get passwords as well.  I've always
ignored them.
