I am in need of a mic-amplifier for minidisc-recording because my mic has a very bad rating... ( 200 - 15000 Hz, 1mV/Pa) Then I though, why not make a stereo-mic while I'm at it, as I can get better frequency-range and singal! The old mic is powered by a small battery, so it isn't powered from host... I was thinking of using: - this box: http://www.elfa.se/images/ct_hires/A22916_1.JPG that has space for 2xAA in it. - a dual-potmeter of 22k - TDA7050T (Philips) (26db stereo) - 2x electret-mic, EC-9.7WP (20 - 16000 Hz, 10mV/Pa) - some 2.2k resistors to feed the mic's. Will this be ok, or do I need some more amplification? KreAture -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline? Don't AutoReply us! email listserv@mitvma.mit.edu with SET PICList DIGEST in the body
