Hi there all,

   First of all, along with the rest of you, my heart goes out to the seven
brave souls who suffered a great tragedy today. We back home were especially
proud of Kalpana being the first Indian woman in space. May they rest in peace.

 Aside from this, I seem to be experiencing difficulties getting an f877 to
communicate with a Temperature sensor (TC74) using I2C. I first decided to try
and code my own routines, considering they didn't seem that hard. But after
trying for a full day, I have had no luck. I then started to look on MC's web
site for their I2C routines, and came across Application Note 554: Software
implementation of an I2C Bus Master. This seemed to be exactly what I need -
it had good routines for lowlevel/high-level implementation. But there is one
problem... the files they mention in their pdf, i2c_low.asm and i2c_high.asm
don't seem to be part of their source code zip??? So I can't really implement
anything!! does anyone know where I can find theM? Or any other sources that
shows examples of using I2c with an f877 or related...

Any suggestions are appreciated,
