How about installing a PS driver on your PC and print to file ? I use this method with success on Windows. The printer I selected is HP LJ4 which does BW at 300dpi. The resulting postscript file can be printed (on a post script printer) or otherwise reused. F.ex. it can be turned into pdf by some of the ghostview/ghostscript tools.
