File|Export and select .BMP as type.
Then you can use something like paintshop to convert it to jpg or gif.
You can also select .EPS and use ghostscript to create a PDF (print to
pdf file).
Last I used BMP it did not come out very good, but I also did not realy
try very hard to find out what my problem was.
