I've got some that I did up a while ago: soic8 to dip8, soic16 to dip16, soic28 to dip28. The soic8 can handle both wide (0.208") and narrow (0.150") footprint devices and, obviously, all can be used for less than the full number of pins by simply cutting off the un-needed portion of the board. In particular, the soic28 adapter works well with so 18 pin PICs. They are all double sided, solder masked boards and I sell them cheap. You can see pics at about half-way down the page.
