I got out of the PBK discussion early and went ahead and produced a few
panels of simple 'NOPPP-type" programmers. I have distributed about 20 of
them so far. That said and done, I would love to see the 'full-blown'
version that was discussed here. And even though a product wasn't hatched
via the PBK round table, it surely was an interesting discussion on what the
ideal PIC development board would be like. Now I hate managers as much as
the other guy/girl, but if you have a roomful of
engineers/programmers/hobbyists brainstorming without a good manager to
channel that energy, great ideas can easily turn into 'Vapour-Ware'.
