What is the easiest and least expensive way to measure millivolts and =
get those readings into a PC serial port.

I want to buy something, not build it.=20

I need to measure two channels, each will range from +250 to about +2000 =
mVolts DC. The levels are fairly steady. I need millivolt resolution.

I was thinking about a DVM with PC serial port capability, but I would =
need two of them and my laptop only has one serial port.

Any ideas, suggestions?
