Hi,
I have got a couple of Philips humidity sensors PN 2322-691-90001.
Where can I find any datasheet and/or application notes.
Seraching www.philips.semiconductors.com I have found no reference
to such a part even no reference to humidity sensors :-(.
Any ideas?
