James Newton has invested much effort (and expense) organizing the most common questions and problems into something that can save a lot of time and aggravation on the newbie's part. We all know how frustrating it can be to be stumped and waiting for someone to supply a hint - you can often avoid the waiting by seeing if the question has been asked before and what the answer was.
