The circuit is a super-regenerative detector.

Tuning is by L2, & C18 - but other caps will also effect it.

For an operation description do a web search on "superregenerative
receiver" as I'm sure there are better descriptions around than I could
give.

Any one have any idea how this circuit work and now to tune the circuit to
work for a fix freq?
