No example code, but I've done this sort of thing before. PICs are not the best for *P*LCs because of the architecture, 8051-derivatives are often used. Of course, a PIC can be used, but there will be a speed penalty. You'd have to parse the ladder logic commands and generate tokens, which would be interpreted by subroutines in the PIC.
