Drill the whole thing, or just the registration holes?

How do you do this and not expose the photoresist?  I use a buglight
(yellow incadescent lightbulb) but am concerned that even with that, the
time it would take me to get things lined up and ready to expose would
ruin the photoresist.

Also ... how DO you expose a doublesided board?  Put film on both sides
and expose one at a time, or do you have a doublesided light source?
