that's got to be it then, too fast

I'm using a dll that alows you to write a 1 to a location for on and
a zero for off --- that's it.

and nothing else is going on in the computer, except for window background
overhead, which I have no idea, but as far as I know the dll is taking over
when in use, but I'm not yet sure about this...
