I am doing a board design in Eagle that uses PIC's in TQFP-44 and SOIC-18
packages. I have been to the JEDEC site and found discombobulated drawings
that are obviously intended to confuse matters.

Does anyone have Eagle .lbrs for 18f452 & 16f628 that they can share, or at
least info on pad patterns & dimensions that you know work with these PIC
packages???
