Looks OK to me in general except 25Vac input might be pushing it as it will develop about 35V into the 7805. This may exceed the input rating & probably will exceed the power rating under loaded conditions. 10V max input would be more like it - but you would still need to watch the load current. Adding another electro (~50uF ?) to the output to cover load transients may be advisable also.
