So far, all the 12F parts (12f629, 12f675) use the same 14 bit core as the
16F parts.  On the other hand, the 12C parts are a mixture of 12 bit core
(12c5x) and 14 bit core (12c6x).  The compiler should support the 12F and
12C6x parts if it supports the 16F parts.  Best to take a close look at the
compiler documentation's list of supported devices.
