Yes, depending on what your objectives are you may be interested in waiting a week or so to buy a uVM-877A (PIC16F877A Core) and use java :-) Then you will be able to use the PWM packages for the servo's and create a Servlet Dynamic HTTP Web Server user interface that will allow you to use your web browser to control your robot or winsock to write your own HTTP command language.
