I wonder why anonymous decided to use an LM386 to amplify the 1.5 MHz jamming-noise signal, which is inject into the 1.5 GHz carrier PLL. Doesn't a '386 have a few hundred KHz BW at best? Haven't used one in a while, and don't have the data sheet handy. I was hoping it would be something that passively phase-shifted signals from different satellites relative to each other, so you could spoof rather than jam. I guess you would need prior knowledge of the codes (such as is built into receiver chips) so you can lock onto the satellites and re-broadcast their signals with your custom delay. A spoofer would be more profitable than a jammer. Not merely could you market a device to businessmen that wanted to deny customers to their competitors, you could also direct your competitors customers to your location!
