Good day to all. I am starting a project where I need a low cost dual op-amp and am looking for suggestions. The requirements are: single supply: both 5V regulated and ~17V unregulated available. inputs and output go down to 0V. output has to go to at least 4V low offset: < 1 mV required, much better than 1 mV appreciated but not critical. low bandwidth OK (preferred) Through-hole DIP preferred low cost widely available 1 section will be used as a low accuracy K-type thermocouple pre-amp, the other section as a comparitor. My current favorite low offset part (AD8552) is too expensive for this application. I would have like to use my favorite little NS part: the LM10 but the offset is about double what I can tolerate and using the Vref section as a comparitor only allows an inverting input. Any recommendations? dwayne -- Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax Celebrating 18 years of Engineering Innovation (1984 - 2002) .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .- `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' Do NOT send unsolicited commercial email to this email address.
