And let's not forget that Olin often acts as "whip" for this forum spending his time and image trying to keep some semblance of order on the list. I imagine that he speaks for *many* when he criticises sloppy hard to read posts or people who have not done their homework before expecting everyone else to provide a solution for them, or even non-standard email formats that cause extra work for the poor person trying to help you.
