It looked like a fair deal: " I'll give you some technical support for free, provided you'll follow some formal rules to ease down my efforts for this." Sounds normally. Yes, sometimes it's technically impossible to follow his rules. But that's his rules for his free support. Would it better, if he completely cancelled his support to please those, who are dissatisfied with his behaviour on the List?
