This email address is does not have the forth mentioned problem, however, I do use other email address too. What happens when I post messages from that office post server is that the post server alters the from packet and replaces it with a support@xxxx.com or sails@xxxx.com depending on your department. Hence over the years, standard practice of forcing the reply address into the email packet. Then there is never a problem. Again this is standard practice in larger companies.
