Hi All, me again with my electronic ignition... :)

i have trouble to obtain a 5w zenner, can i parallel five zenner of same
voltage or can i use five zenner of 1/5 of the nominal voltage in series?.
another related question, this zenner is for protection of a mj10012
darlington, who serve for switch and automotive coil (ignition), this
zenner is between emisor (ground) and colector (coil), how can i decide
if i need a 5w zenner?, the only information that i have is that the
coil is a "standar" ignition coil.
