Olin,

Not everybody has access to those parts of their e-mail system.  During my
day job I have 0 control of !@)(*#!@)( Lotus Notes.  What the IS dept says,
goes.

At my evening job, I have absolute control.  Mainly because I don't use
brain-dead software like Outhouse or Exploder.
