I think the [PIC]: tag is the best - for what my opinion is worth.

- It's free.
- It will be useful to many PIC subscribers
- Fewer people will see it under [AD]

The tags are meant to serve the user body, rather than being an end in
themselves. (Sounds strangely scriptural :-) ).
