When I started with PICs I wanted to make an IR 'laser' tag system.
Hence my older programmer design (http://www.voti.nl/wisp) allowed
daisy-chaining multiple programmers on the same serial port. I don't
think there was much interest in this particular feature, so I dropped
it in the newer design.
