I've just checked Rapid and they don't either, but have you tried
emailing Crownhill? For example they do have the 18F series in stock,
but they're not listed on their site.

It might also be worthwhile emailing Viewcom or perhaps Microchip (I
think they're in Reading) might be able to point you in the right
direction.
