Hi Ake, once you get a G4T5 germicidal tube
(probably about $15 USD) you can get any light
from a supermarket that uses the common F4T5
fluoro tube and just swap the tubes.

Most large supermarkets like Kmart etc have
night lights and battery powered camping
lights quite cheap.

I have a circuit for one here;

But WARNING it uses live mains wiring and all
parts of the circuit are at lethal voltages!!!!
Don't make this circuit unless you are confident
that you can make it safely! :o)
