Hi everyone, i've used the Picstart Plus on many
occasions to program my target boards using ICSP.

In the past i've always powered the board up first,
using an external 5v supply, then programmed it.
Obviously this works ok.

Now I have a board that draws about 5mA and has
about 100uF on board.

Does anyone know the current source capability
of the Picstart Plus, ie will it power the PIC and
a 5mA board??

And will the board Vdd capacitance of ~100uF
cause any issues? Any help is appreciated.
