Hi, As for the techsupport - I don't know their Linux version - is a mixed match. I've heard stories about people receiving testversions after a day or two, to make sure the reported bug is fixed. In other stories, they shine bright in their non-communicativeness. Just give it a whirl, as their product - when it's working as it should - is pretty good. As for other issues, delve through the archives, there have been a fair amount of discussions on CCS and other compilers. Regards, Claudio -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Hello all, is anyone else using CCS under linux? I bought PCH for 18-series parts, and I'm having one failure after another: Before I wade into dealing with their tech support, or getting help on their forum, I'd like to get a sense that this is a battle worth fighting. Can anyone share an opinion? If I will be spending as much time dealing with CCS and the compiler as I am on the actual project I will just attempt to get my money back or use the windows version. The fact that their samples crash really makes me worried that "QA" is nonexistent for linux. Thank you.
