> A program's a program right ? Maybe the mathematicians amongst us can explain the difference between what we all routinely do and what fuzzy programming does I am no mathematician but at university I had frequent discussions with my teachers about AI and FL. I consider both of them bags of programming tricks, which are neither magic nor special to a ceratain field. IMHO most AI algorithms (A-B for instance) have a solid rooting in mathematics, but I have my boubts about FL. That long-bearded whatzisname (Bob Pease?) has commented on FL a lot in his columns.
