Everything will be ok when you disconnect ICD (RB7, RB6) and reset the
processor...

 I just need to move up PC (program counter) of this
microcontroler:) Deselecting "Debug mode" was the first thing I've done.
Program was loaded, and PIC hasn't done nothing. I have VCC on MCLR.
