Just give in and order Myke's book. You'll have to read through all the stuff you already know to get to the gems, but it's worth the while. Visualization of the architecture plus a good knowledge of the instruction set is all you should need for improving or brushing up. This you should be able to get in any of 100 websites, starting w/ Microchip's.
