What does this mean? We all knew the rules when we subscribed.

This is, as I clearly understood, an engineering site, and the rules
and etiquette are made fairly clear when one signs up. These are not
new rules for us to "follow in the future!"

Dale has given you another chance. Grow up, put your name on your posts
and ask relevant questions. Nobody cares how bad your English is. I
have seen some posts on this list that have been almost impossible to
understand, and people have gone out of their way to try to understand
and to help.

If you want any help using PICs, this is the place. Otherwise just sign
off the list and leave everybody alone.
