Thank for the tips anf for the interest, I believe the metod of touching the input to give it our 50 hz must be good, at least in my case the metod showed to work, this is because after i sended the email, i taked the tach to the car, connected it and nothing. I have connected it as other old tachometer i have made, so bad connection is not a choice. I dont know what can be, i have tried the input directly with 4 volt AC to the pin of the 16F84, so i believe there is not in the circuit, also the 0 lights ok, and when i put momentary 5 volt CC to the input display changes to 1 and return to 0, the i can put the 5 V again and nothing happen, so i turn power off, on, try again and it happens, the 1 apear and desapear. I have very very low skills in assembler, but i believe that something in the soft prevent the circuit to keep counting, maybe are the parameters WDT. I dont know. I will be happy to share the article, maybe when you construct your own you will have an explanation for my problemm. So all the people that will like to have the info about this proyect, send an email direct to me, when i have all the requests i will send a PDF and the .asm. Any other Ideas???
